With respect to the organic semiconductors made with the organic EL materials which have been attracting much attention, vigorous efforts are being made in the research in organic EL displays, organic transistors, organic thin-film solar cells, not to mention organic EL lighting which uses organic EL elements.
We design and manufacture equipment for research and development required for your work in the laboratory. We offer you the simplified version of deposition equipment in a bell-jar shape, fully automatic (with both automatic transfer and automatic deposition) cluster-type equipment, as well as the preparation of thin films of organic elements. The latter is done in an environment of ultra-high vacuum (under 10 - 8 Pa). We also provide you with the follow-up evaluation.
