This apparatus is a surface analysis system using HR-EELS (High Resolution Electron Energy Loss Spectrometry) to investigate the surface condition of the surface plasmon electrons etc. by detecting the energy loss of electrons scattered in inelastic collision with atoms and molecules on the sample surface.
