Carbon Nano Tube Growth System

This apparatus is designed for growing carbon nano-tubes, by introducing ethanol gas onto the substrate that is heated up to 900 ℃ in a quartz tube. There are many kinds of carbon nano-tubes depending on the carbon atoms' arrangements and their diameters, and they consist of carbon units in which 6 carbon atoms are bonded one another. They show good electric conductivity, good thermal conductivity, and good mechanical properties.
